- Occupancy limits posted in the unit: 4 adults max for dwellings with 2 or fewer bedrooms, 2 adults per bedroom for 3+ bedrooms (bedroom count verified by Zoning Administrator)
- Notify the city within 5 business days of any change in rental agent
